Big Cruise ships for short getaways or  family/friends/groups fun vacations where 'he ship is the 'destination', loaded with entertainment for all age groups.

Medium sized ships, usually more luxurious and exclusive; they venture to smaller ports - ideal for travellers who seek to explore distant places they want to come back to and discover more on land.

Expedition ships- for those hard to reach places like the Arctic or Antarctica

Other ways to travel on water are sailboats and small yachts, for example for dive adventures
